This is pretty interesting, it looks like they used a generic headpiece and then did a lifecast so that they could sculpt a custom face piece that intersected with the generic back.  They also seem to have a small piece that fits on the back of the neck, probably to hide the wrinkles that form when wearing a bald cap.

It’s a pretty smart design, which is exactly what I would expect from that company.
